Excellent Hotel ....Value for money... Excellent Ambiance.... I would suggest the best hotel in town as per my required need, Very friendly staffs, Mouthwatering food quality Specially the bengali Food🍴🍕🍔, I would love to stay at Eden Hotel Gangtok very professional as well as friendly service boys. I have been travelling throughout India in my self driven vehicle, when I booked Eden Hotels I made it a point that free parking is available in the ptemises or not, one lady by the name of Harshita repeatedly confirmed that parking is available in the premises. Firstly, they made me pay the full room rent for ₹13500.00 in advance then refused to give parking facility in the premises sighting flimsy excuses like we don't have keys / corporate decision (God knows what) etc etc. They made me park around 3 kms away from the hotel in a free parking zone with no security for my car. I would request all tourists not to book this hotel as they are duping tourists by making false promises.
